Kids with lamb

Bring Your Child to Work Day

April 28, 2005

The Beltsville Agricultural Research Center celebrated "Bring Your Child to Work Day". The festivities kicked off with a "Got Milk" moustache photo session which was followed by a spirited greeting by Ronald F. Korcak, the Associate Area Director of the Research Center.

Beans The Beltsville Area Laboratories set-up exhibits and hands-on demonstrations. There were numerous opportunies for the children to interact with the scientists.


Nematodes The kids took a bus tour of the Research Center which included a stop at the Agricultural Research Service National Visitor's center where there were more exhibits including the tour favorites, the month old lambs
